Work Location Maintenance
The Work Location Maintenance Screen allows the user to “Add”, “Edit” and “Delete” Work Location information.  The Work Location is assigned to a Company in this screen.  A Business Representative is also assigned to the Work Location.  Business Representatives are stored in the Contact database with a Contacts Type of Business Representative.  If the Work Location is inactive, the check box can be checked. and the system will insert the system date as the inactive date with the option for the user to override this date.  The Work Location should be assigned to the office for the labor organization.  There is a drop down list with user definitions for the reason a work location is opened.  The date of this work location opening can also be entered.  Unlimited addresses and contact numbers can be entered for a work location. If mail is not deliverable to the work location, then the Returned Mail Check Box can be selected and the user can enter the date.  Once the date is modified, the system will remove the Returned Mail Selection.
