Membership Accounting Menu

The Membership Accounting System can be activated at any time by either clicking on the file menu and selecting “Open” or by using the Ctrl-O key sequence. The Files of Type drop down list provides different groups of programs. The “All” option lists all programs whereas the other options list smaller subsets of programs. The user can navigate through the list using the scroll bar to the right or by clicking on the first item and using the arrow or page up/page down keys. A program can be selected for execution by double clicking on the program or by highlighting the item and clicking on the “Open” button. The menu screen can be activated while in any other screen and can be closed by either clicking on the “Cancel” button or hitting the Escape key.
