Job Sub Class Maintenance
     The Job Sub Class file is used to further define the member’s work status.  Typically it is used to define full time, part time, student or seasonal status.  The user can add any required additional code and description to this file by clicking the add button on the tool bar.  Every member in the Membership Accounting System must have a link to a record in the Job Sub Class file.  In the edit mode, records can be deleted by clicking on the white space to the left of the Job Sub Class code.  A record cannot be deleted if there are members linked to that record.  The Job Sub Class code can be changed in this file and any member linked to this record will automatically be changed.
