Job Class Maintenance
     The Job Class file contains the Job Class Code and description as defined by the user installation.   Every member in the Membership Accounting System must have a link to a record in the Job Class file.  This file is used to define the type of work or position of the member.  This screen is a grid where new records are added to the end of the grid and in the edit mode records can be deleted by clicking on the white space to the left of the job class code.  A record cannot be deleted if there are members linked to that record.  The Job Class code can be changed in this file and any member linked to this record will automatically be changed.
