The Fee Definition
Browser provides the user a means for reviewing the entire fee definition file. This
screen displays the Fee Definition description, code, start date and expire date of each
fee definition. The List Order drop down list provides several orders to browse the
Fee Definitions. The user can also select which method to group the list by with the
check boxes at the top of the screen. The drop down list next to the check boxes
allows selecting to browse either just initiation fees or reinstatement fees or all.
The coding to specify a Fee Definition to a contract, company, work location,
department, job class or job sub class is also displayed. At the fee browser screen,
the user can double click on a fee definition record to launch the fee definition data
entry screen for that chosen record. Likewise, the user can highlight a fee
definition record and click on the red definition title to launch the fee definition data
entry screen. In a similar fashion, the user can click on the title for any of the columns
to launch the data entry screen for that function. If the user clicks on the
Fees title, then the Fee Schedule Maintenance screen is launched for the
highlighted dues record. Clicking on the Contract title will launch the
Contract Maintenance screen and clicking on Company will launch the Company
Maintenance screen.![]() |
